Summit Galleria Cebu

The service went well beyond my expectations!! The room was cleaned daily, the amenities were top notch and the breakfast café was lavish with everything you could possibly want. All the staff, especially the waiter Sam gave us the BEST customer service, even bridging a candle to our table for our morning date. The hotel was attached to a whole mall and we were able to buy and eat whatever we wanted without even going outside. I will definitely go to this hotel every time I visit Cebu.

We loved: the fridge, the water clise by, the mall attached with a fabulous grocery store & restaurants, the Friday & Saturday Buffet was spectacular beef, so tender chicken, pork, sushi, noodles, ice cream, cake decaf coffee, the staff were phenomenally friendly helpful without invading our space, the gym was clean and had 3 treadmills that worked perfectly, gym had eater towels weights elliptical. We asked for a second chair and it arrived quickly.

I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service experienced during my recent visit. The location is ideal, conveniently connected to Robinsons Mall. The staff members exhibited remarkable helpfulness and integrity throughout my stay. I would particularly like to extend my gratitude to Eric at the reception desk, whose assistance was invaluable in recovering my iPad. Additionally, I am grateful to the diligent housekeeper who found the iPad in my room. Their efforts made a significant difference in my experience, and I am truly thankful for their professionalism.

Always a go-to for us. Great value for money, location is also good.

Nice room, good price, the hotel is conveniently next to the mall, and the breakfast food is really good!
